RIP lovely Fidget cat

This is going to be painful whenever I do it, so am getting it over with.
We had to have our cat Fidget put to sleep on Monday 27th. And she was so companionable and sociable, so chatty and interested, a bouncy Tiggerish puppyish cat who bounded into a room and looked for a lap to claim, who liked to get her face as close to yours as she could. So her absence is hard to bear and will be still for some time. It was also a huge shock as she had only been a bit poorly for a short while and she was only 5. Just awful. We miss her dreadfully.

Quick round-up of everything else from last 3 wks:
Drama x2, Fencing x3, Geography x2 - Freya did a nice poster about transport and energy use, with different strips of different transport environments - road, rail, sea, air... and some vehicles with different expressions depending on whether friendly or not, Aerial x1, Creative Writing x1, Forest School x1, French x1, Livewires Music session was fun, Dance x3, Art x3, Guides x3, Friday Club x3 (Communication skills, Dry ski slope ski session, Tablet weaving). Plus several play visits and a sleepover, all of which were good.
I went to St Ives on a writing holiday weekend with some local friends. But was in bath when I got call about our lovely cat and came home early. It was good until that point, St Ives looking gorgeous in mad weather.
Coming back in tears on 5 trains and 2 buses wasn't so good!

RIP lovely Fidge xxx

Thank you Michelle. Know it will fade in time. Just a shock x
