Shopping and dropping :(

Saturday
We shopped in town (not big town, small town).
F was not much fun to be with but we did manage to buy her a new pair of wellies and her first ever pair of trainers which she absolutely adores. They are white and pink so sort of the complete antithesis (nemesis even!) of my aesthetic, where shoes are concerned. Which is as it should be, healthy independent taste that young lady has. Anyway they do have lights in the side, which I do like, so at least we can agree on that. And so far they seem to be comfortable which was the whole point. As you may know, the pursuit of comfortable and supportive shoes/boots for F's feet is an increasingly time-consuming and costly hobby of ours. It is very important for her walking/symmetry etc.
However, she was exceedingly whiney whilst shopping (other purchases were Cheezly in usual vast quantities, rubber gloves, cheap glass tumblers and oil) has been a bit tricky all week as previously mentioned.
Nevertheless we managed a nice family pizza meal out, which was lovely.
Sadly on the way home, F suddenly started walking very slowly and it turned out she had had diarrhoea! Had to change her trousers and pants behind a tree near the local shop, leave trousers and pants under tree, go to shop with only slightly stenchy child, get carrier bag (and my wine - was determined!), go back to tree, put disgusting clothes in bag, tie knot in bag and get home.
So I wonder if this was why she has been whiney, or at least a factor. It's definitely a bug, as J and I now have it slightly. She only had one diarrhoea incident but her farts have been fierce ever since!
...which charming anecdote rounds off Saturday, the rest being cleaning up and recovering sense of smell.

Sunday
A quiet homey day, some time out in the garden and some lolling around.
Quite relaxing, although F still not in the best of moods. She did draw me another pink pony though and this one has quite a pony head-shaped pony head. Mainly we are just enjoying not working
