We had a very relaxing weekend which I think we all needed, though F may have got a little bored a few times and definitely watched a lot of telly. She also played her webland game (balloon animals) as much as she could. I'm looking forward to the webland subscription starting properly soon, as it looks like there's some fun stuff for her there.
When I came down on Saturday after my weekend lie-in, she told me she was making a map, and had drawn in different coloured paths, using a baby wipe for some reason. She had asked J specifically for the wipe, when he had offered her paper. She asked me to draw a blue circle for a duck pond and a brown circle for a millpond (these relate to a book about a duck getting very muddy that she likes at the moment), and showed me where they should go and then she filled them in.
Other than that she has been playing with her Brio wooden vehicles a lot. The 'Scoop' one gets to carry things around and sometimes the things it carries are apparently 'her babies'.
Today we are going to the library for storytime and to take back some horribly late books and get some more. Love getting new books.
