Yesterday we were all a bit grumpy from lack of sleep (coughing etc.) and managed to get across each other a couple of times towards the end of the day. Mostly it was fine though, F is really getting into using her laptop and has discovered My Little Pony clips on YouTube (just have to watch out for the ones where people have superimposed dialogue from films of a less innocent nature though!).
So she did a lot of that and then at bedtime she and I took her laptop to bed and watched Kiki's Delivery Service - we loved it. J had bought a few more Studio Ghibli DVDs over Xmas for us as there are still quite a few we haven't seen.
Today F has done quite a bit more laptopping after spending most of the morning in her room playing with Barbies and/or MLPonies (I think).
I have done a tiny bit of work - have some lined up for next week, which will be the first full week for trying my new routine. We are seeing the MTs Monday, my mum is coming Tuesday, Wednesday is our out-and-about, possibly into Brighton, Thursday F has first swimming lesson.
J and I took the tree down and the decs and stuck them up in the loft, then tidied the whole back of the living-room area - it looks so much better! We were both a bit knackered and coughing but it was well worth it. Chucked a bit more stuff out, put some things in the garage and generally rationalized the space a bit. Really pleased with the result!

Don't ya just hate when it doesn't say anywhere that the video isn't as child friendly as it first appears, Grrr.

Hi Liza - not going to MMs this week - I'm giving F a lot more choice over what we do and this week she's not keen. Will offer her a choice of going next week or week after, but will make sure we get there one week of those, and take it from there.
Me neither. A decided when he woke up that he didn't wanna go.
