Look! It's Friday already. How did that happen?

Doage:
Lots of playing of games on laptop (F playing some Sam and Max), XBox (Peggle, on and off through the week, all of us), Wii (MySims: Party today, all of us) and PS3 (LittleBigPlanet today - all of us), DS (not sure what but F played DS with local friend, E)

SortofPictionary - F's first introduction to the game and she really took to it - we haven't got the 'proper' Pictionary but we were just doing the drawing/guessing thing and she is definitely ready for that now

Local friends came over on Thursday afternoon and E stayed to play without her mum and siblings for the first time. I think F has often been rather distracted from E, by M, her younger sister. They are quite different and I know F has thought M rather exciting and crazy and fun. Which she is, but this may have been the first time F realized she could play with E and do more complicated cooperative and enjoyable stuff, which they did. Am hoping E enjoyed it all too, she seemed to have. They started off playing DS in F's room, then decided to give the MLPs a party, then came down to eat something and watch an MLP film. F definitely enjoyed it, I've rarely heard her sound quite so happy with another child, tbh. I enjoyed seeing C and baby D is now at that very alert and starting to try and do things stage.

Not sure what else we have done but I remember F has been talking a lot about Jesus and asking questions about Easter, to do with that, and more. She also cut out some pictures of Disney Princesses from an annual and wants to do something with them. Annoyingly, she drew and wrote in felt pen on the bathroom floor, which has a really stupid matt floor covering that is hard to clean, so that wasn't much fun. I worked quite a bit on Tuesday and Wednesday, but have got a proper 4-day Easter weekend - how nice.

Today we all 3 did the thing of writing activities down and putting them in a bowl and choosing. Later we watched Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind - F's first time seeing it. She quite liked it, but had to ask a lot of questions all the way through - why is he doing that, where is she going, etc.
