Good intentions

Later today we're off to Gymboree, today started (after usual cuddles in our bed) with me reading 2 books with F, which made for such a civilized start to the day, I must do that more often, trouble is I'm a slow waker-upper usually. She has also made some patterns and pictures on an orange rug using pipe-cleaners and incense sticks. And now she is back on the XBox, Wallace and Gromiting. We have the best excuse in the world for the time she spends on XBox, as it means she has to use both hands, and I've seen the strength and function of her right index finger, which was a problem, really improve since she's been playing!
Things to do sometime in next 2 weeks: make up nursery rhymes (not my idea, we saw the Nick Jr competition advert, but ours will be just for fun, probably); make another book together, with a story about her favourite toy animal, or other characters. We might do a book with a choice of endings, not sure; subscribe to EducationCity; sprout some mung beans. Also have more social stuff coming up, and hopefully the delivery of my new laptop very soon. Glares suspiciously at large lorry outside delivering laptop-sized package to other house.
J had a horrible premonitiony dream last night about being in an accident, he's being driven somewhere today for work, so feel a bit wibbly. Think it was just subconscious guilt about the fact that he keeps starting and stopping smoking and restarting again, but you never really know. Ugh. Trying not to think about it anyway.
Still no work :(
