Lazy homey day today - in fact we did sod all of a dutiful nature - no tidying or washing-up or other such chores. Only a bit of shopping at local shop and a bit of cooking (I made curry this evening).

So what we did today was:
me - lots of laptop time, chatting to mates online, long bath and a read
J - lots of XBox gaming time and a bit of pottering
F - lots of DS gaming time, laptop time and making a big book about bugs (she watched some Smalltalk Diaries on i-Player again)
Oh, also a trip out to local shop, including park time, had a good old chat with neighbour while her 3-yr old and F played on slide. Neighbour was avoiding sexist racist old man in park whose dog likes hers.
In the evening, we all ate curry and watched old Dr Who. F protested when she found dinner was going to be curry, but she ate most of her rice and a bit of her curry - I slipped some chopped dried apricot into her portion and added cashews to her rice. Watched Jon Pertwee turning into Tom Baker at the end of Planet of the Spiders.

F is continuing to play Animal Crossing and to pick up bits of reading and spelling from it. Today her favourite resident was unwell so she did lots of visiting and talking, plus taking medicine. I found her a few new bits of info on the net.
Got horrible cash flow gap here, waiting for my next payment to come in. J's funds also low, so we'll have to use credit card for a few things while he's got these few days off.
