House

We seem to be buying a house, fingers crossed. More details over here. Location, location, location... Clue: no van required.
In other news - F is slightly under the weather (again!) with some kind of bug, she fell asleep on the sofa and got all hot this evening. I don't think it's a really bad one, hopefully she will sweat it out overnight.
She made a wonderful map of the world, copying things from her Leap Globe - she hasn't bothered with shapes of continents at all, but was more concerned with the animals and geological or man-made features. Then she was very careful about joining the pages together in the right order, to make a huge wall map, irregular in shape. She started writing names of continents and oceans but then didn't feel she wanted to do all of them. Just need half a ton of blu-tac to put it up now!
She also spent some time in a tent indoors, made of blankets over things, mainly by me but she did the interior design, and was playing some game in there with about 12 toy animals, that seemed to involve some kind of Secret Seven theme.
Over the last few days she has got back into Happy Land and Lego track and playing with the people, buildings and trains.
We have had a few walks down the lane behind our street, visiting the goats and wandering in the sunshine, making echoes under the railway bridge.
We tried making some sweets from her fairy project book but she adapted the recipe less successfully than the last one she did.
We have made a couple of bath bombs and some flower perfume.
And we have watched The Secret Garden a couple of times.
Conversations have been about lightbulbs, blossom, goats, carrots, trains, shadows.
